Getting Started

Welcome to Taskitos! This guide will help you understand how Taskitos works and get you productive in under 5 minutes.

What is Taskitos?

Taskitos is a task manager with one key difference: it actually ensures you complete your tasks.

Unlike other task apps that send one reminder and forget about you, Taskitos uses persistent reminders that escalate until you either complete the task or consciously decide to reschedule it.

Why Persistent Reminders?

Studies show that escalating reminders create a sense of urgency and commitment. You're not just adding tasks to a list - you're making a commitment to yourself.

How It Works: 3 Simple Steps

1

Add Your Tasks

Create tasks with a title and due date. You can type naturally like "Call mom tomorrow at 3pm" and Taskitos will understand.
2

Get Persistent Reminders

When a task is due, you'll receive email notifications that escalate: at due time, +30 min, +2 hours, +6 hours. Starred tasks get reminded every 30 minutes.
3

Complete or Snooze

Mark tasks complete directly from your email with one click. Need more time? Snooze for 2 hours to 1 week. The reminders stop once you're done.
